This course is designed for leaders of all levels who want to align their passions and core values with their leadership skills to have a lasting impact on others.
David Cooke is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (coachfederation.org). He has been mentoring and coaching leaders for over 15 years, helping them create clarity so they can more effectively and efficiently fulfill the Mission and Vision of their organization. David is a graduate of Oregon State University (BA & BS Business Admin), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Master of Divinity) and is completing a Doctoral program in Leadership and Coaching. He has a particular passion for encouraging and equipping leaders to understand and live through their strengths resulting in the leader living better and leading better. David is also adjunct faculty with Western Seminary where he teaches courses in their Certificate in Transformational Coaching (CTC) program. He has a particular interest in how applying neuroscience to coaching can lead to greater success for coaches and the person being coached. He has been Lead Pastor of Cold Springs Church for 20 years and is married to his amazing wife, Pam, and has five great kids.
