Employee Giving Campaign 2026

You Make a Difference!

As a Marshall employee, you already give so much to our patients, families and community through the work you do every day. Employee giving is simply one optional way to support the programs and services that are meaningful to you.

A Little Can Mean a Lot

In this short video, Medical Social Worker Jennifer Koeber shares what she sees firsthand when patients and families receive support through Bridging the Gap, and why employee giving matters.

“Through Bridging the Gap, I see firsthand how even a little bit of help can ease a tremendous burden for a patient or family. These funds allow us to step in when someone is struggling financially and provide support at a time when they may not know where else to turn. Knowing that Marshall employees help make that possible makes it even more meaningful.”

Bridging the Gap is just one example of how philanthropy can help patients and families beyond their medical care.
