Our Mission Statement:
Supporting Marshall Medical Center and Community Health Programs through Philanthropy

The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The purpose of this Foundation is to encourage, receive, administer and disburse funds donated for community health programs and for Marshall Medical Center.
