Tanya Moran, CFRM, has over 30 years of administrative office experience in for-profit organizations and currently just over 10 years in not-for-profit organizations. She is an expert in several computer software programs including but not limited to Raiser’s Edge, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks. Full-charge bookkeeping skills acquired through self-employment and volunteer service in the community. Expertise in designing and maintained several websites.
As the Executive Assistant of Marshall Foundation for Community Health for the past 10 years, Tanya assisted the Executive Director in raising fund balances from $1.5 million to nearly $4 million and has assisted with 2 major fundraising campaigns, including a successful $4 million capital campaign for emergency services, and nearly $1.8 million for new Cancer Services in an ongoing current campaign.
Tanya works closely with the Foundation Board of Trustees and assists the director in increasing their knowledge of ethical standards and best practices that develop board-member leadership skills.

Expert in Raiser’s Edge donor management software for non-profits, Fund Accounting expertise to manage the over $3M in assets for Marshall Foundation through QuickBooks.
